Confidentiality is Primary! As a client, your confidentiality and privacy are protected by federal and state statues. The only thing exception is if you express suicidal or homicidal intent, if you are committing or have committed elder abuse or child abuse, and/or a Judge from a State or Federal Government Body has issued a Court Order. Any other release of Confidential Information is strictly prohibited by Law. Consent to release confidential information will have to be obtained in order for me to disclose any other information, unless you are under the age of 18. Parents and/or Guardians may obtain information upon request as allowed by State and Federal Law.
My fees are $150.00 for 50 minutes of therapy in my office and $300.00 for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) - all EAP is conducted at the Orange County Fair Grounds - for 1 to 1.5 hours of Equine Therapy.
Note: For consideration of scheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so 24 hours in advance of scheduled therapy session - if you fail to do so you will be responsible for half the fee for that session. All fees are due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Any payment that is paid beyond 30 days will be charged a 15% late fee. Payments later than 90 days will be turned over to collections.
